Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read this agreement carefully as it regulates your use of www.NSIdistribution.com (the web site) and the goods and services provided therein. Each time you use the web site you acknowledge that you have read this notice and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
NSI Distribution (www.NSIdistribution.com) is under no obligation to verify the identity of users of the web site.
In no event will NSI Distribution (www.NSIdistribution.com), its affiliates, employees, or stakeholders of any kind be held responsible or accountable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages, however caused. These damages may include, but not be restricted to loss of profits, data, or use of equipment.
You and/or any person, be it an incorporated or unincorporated entity, which you have the authority to legally represent agree without limitation to be bound by this agreement each time you use the website.
Methods of payment
NSI Distribution accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment for products purchased through our web site. Qualified customers can apply for terms by filling out a credit application. Pick-up customers can also pay at time of pick-up. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any and all applicable sales taxes as well as shipping and/or handling charges will be added to the final purchasing price of products at the time of the transaction. If you do not feel comfortable submitting credit card information online please contact us at sales@nsidistribution.com for alternative methods of payment.
Selling Outside North America
We do not accept orders outside of Canada, the USA over the internet. Please Contact us if you would like to place an international order, and we will process it manually. We accept bank transfers for international orders only. Unfortunately we cannot estimate lead times since they vary greatly depending on your location.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices and shipping charges without notice. Additional shipping charges may apply to purchases made that are unusually heavy in weight and/or if the shipping location is in a remote area. Contact us for any special delivery requests.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm will be processed the same day as inventory status allows. The stock status listed on our website is an approximation. If you should have concerns about the stock status please call or email us for product availability.
Pick-Ups
Pick-ups are available at any of our 7 locations in Canada. Please refer to our Contact us page for addresses and hours of operations.
Product returns
Return Authorization & Conditions
All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our sales department. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the invoice date and must be in resellable condition, complete with all original packaging UNMARKED. Software is non-returnable. Refunds are done via the original payment method.
No Cash refunds - We do not offer cash refunds.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee based on the invoice price applies to all approved returns.
Credit Card Processing Fee
Returns paid for by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee, which will be dedcuted from the credited amount.
Returns After 30 days
No returns are accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Some exceptions may apply at our sole discretion, but additional fees will be incurred.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement, your use of the website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable laws of Canada, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. Any dispute must be resolved before the Courts of Ontario sitting in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those Courts in respect of any such dispute.
Purchasing by Minors
NSI Distribution does not sell to anyone under the legal age of majority. If you are a minor and wish to make a purchase through www.NSIdistribution.com you must have a parent or legal guardian perform the transaction on your behalf.
Misprints
NSI Distribution always tries to ensure that all information provided to you through our web site is complete and accurate. However, we may on occasion make a mistake. We reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time due to incorrect information.
Changes to this Agreement
You may not change, supplement, or amend this agreement in any way. NSI Distribution (www.NSIdistribution.com) may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement at any time without notice or liability. Any such changes will be posted on this page.
